Bookings & Payments All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, and balance due-dates are stated on each invoice or quotation. Failure to pay by the stated date may result in cancellation without refund. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund terms are specified per package. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made in writing. 3. Travel Documents & Insurance You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance for your trip. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation. 4. Liability We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local operators. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. 5. Conduct You agree to behave responsibly during your trip and to follow the lawful instructions of guides, drivers, and local authorities. We reserve the right to terminate the trip of any guest whose conduct endangers others or breaks local law, with no refund. 6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to The Patriarch Group Adventures and may not be reproduced without written permission. 7.
